"we had an appointment at noon today. i re-arranged my time to be home. plumber never came nor called. i called an hour later to confirm the missed appointment, he and asked to reschedule, i was not interested. i chose this plumber based on his 5 star rating, i'm not sure how he got 5 star rating. very unprofessional, and wasted my time."
