After a couple of glass companies came and gave ridiculous quotes and were unable to fix the door, Gandy showed up and handles the job. One was too busy with other big projects to even schedule something with us; another refused to work with customer's (non proprietary) glass; and another didn't bother to return the three calls we left. Pam scheduled us on short notice, and they re-installed our new glass door exactly as promised (even with a slight change in preferred approach).
