"Spoke with a tech, provided year make and model and wasn’t able to help me find basic info regarding the car and brake kit needed. You don’t want to sell $4k plus worth of parts? Also rep was rude on the phone, I suggest you fix your customer service and do what you can to sell parts, expecting a call from only a manager"

"Bought one of their rotors and it was pulled off the lathe during machining/ manufacturing, unfinished and then painted, shipped out to me. Clearly a reject, maybe due to tolerance on hub. I was sold a defective rotor via a distributor, box says made in china as well. Called Stop Tech to talk about the issue and they wouldn't do a thing. Clearly a quality control issue, buyer beware."
