"My tax preparer, Tatyana out of the West Sac office, was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. She interrupted me numerous times and wouldn't listen to me. She refused to add a Schedule K-1 form that my former retired accountant gave me to file with my return. She said he made a mistake because "he is old man." Turns out, as I suspected, she (the H & R Block preparer) is the one who made the error which is turning into a huge hassle and waste of time. I'm so disappointed, especially considering I spent almost $350 to have her prepare my return."

"The only reason that I am giving 3 stars and not lower is because the tax preparer who helped me turned out to be sweet and helpful. The original lady who I was scheduled to see canceled our appointment while I was in the waiting room. Not only that, she told the front desk clerk right in front of me. Even when the desk clerk told her I was here, she did not come to me herself. Very unprofessional."
