"I called trying to get information about my policy and a lady by the name of Rosa Rodriguez didn’t seem very willing to help me get answers to my questions she was very rude and not showing any interest at all in trying to help me I was very disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for more then 5 years and this was not a present customer service experience. This person is the owner of this place I don’t think she is very appreciative of her customers And I will not be recommending this place to anybody anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere! If I could give no stars I would!"
"We wanted to make taxes there, it's an unprofessional place, specially Alejandra who told my husband that we were only getting 1000 as a refund, it's ridiculous, worst customer service, we went after to pick up our tax W-2 Forms and she didn't wanted to give it to us, unless we paid her 60 bucks, for what service? Please, DON'T DO YOUR TAXES HERE"
