I left with less money in my pocket after she helped me pay the IRS using my credit card. Overall, great service. I was a walk- in. All the staff were great."

"Worked with Victoria who was rude so I ended up asking for my paperwork back and leaving. She didn’t seem interested in helping only data entry. When asked about dependents as a tax preparer it seems you would explain who qualifies as a dependent and that also impact filing status. I had and overage adult child, who worked so filed his own taxes but I was still supporting 100% as he lived in my household. I thought that qualified me as Head of the Household. Didn’t completely understand what she was asking when she initially asked if I had dependents because it wasn’t explained who qualifies. People pay tax preparers because they are afraid they may make errors. They come for help. If all she was doing was data entry and being rude while doing so I could file on my own online. She literally only asked if I got a stimulus payment, if I was Single, Married or Divorced and if I had any dependents. Literally the only questions she asked. Didn’t even ask how my day was. What happened to customer service? If doing her job frustrates her maybe she should look for another job because customers don’t deserve her attitude."
