"Aveen was my tax expert. She did an amazing job. Had some unexpected documents I needed and she was able to get me done in less than an hour still. She also had some tips for me for next year to improve my return. Went in three times to correct IRS income for 2021 and was given false information. Most importantly wasted several hours of my time. Tip do not go to tax place it is a complete waste of time just call the IRS directly."

"Wow the manager Laurie who has more skills than a 20 year cpa spent one hour with me and saved me a couple thousand on a amended return. She charged 149 dollars. With her skills she could be charging 400 per hour. Thanks H and R block!"

"Filed online. Person assigned never responded to my emails or questions. Also, I paid over $400 for my return PLUS an additional $30 transfer fee which I specifically said no to. The app forced it on me anyway at the end and there was no way to change it, especially with no response from the person assigned. Furthermore, my return this year was far lower than last year. I needed some changes made and nobody was there to assist me, or at least even answer a few questions. It was getting close to the tax deadline so I just went ahead and signed everything anyway after waiting patiently for an answer from these guys. Super overpriced, zero customer service and poor quality. Last time I will be using these guys and I definitely do not recommend anyone else use them either just for the sake of convenience !"

"As a walk in with no time Anthony stopped his day to help us. He had a big project he was working on, stopped it and did most of our taxes while waiting for his actual appointment to show up. Then a few hours later after his next 3 appointments he called us back to finish it up. The guy is a star. I will definitely go to him for all my needs."
