"I asked fabiola ordaz alejandre to respond to my taxes I did on line and she locked me out of my account to send my taxes in it was the most simplest taxes to do and she I had filled everything out on line days prior to calling and making sure I did them correct I’ve called numerous times to the office and by now I think they know my name I called today and was put on hold for 5 minutes and another team member picked up the phone and started filing numbers then asked if I was some one else and gave me the number they thought they called that’s definitely not keeping our info private: ADDED: YOUR RESPONSES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL NOW YOU WANT ME TO WAIT AN HOUR ON HOLD"
