"Possibly the worst customer service I have received as a paying client. I do not recommend this firm. They have been bought out by a larger firm and they customer service is non existent. They made material errors in my tax filings and didn’t offer to correct them without charging me! Also they put a different name on my return for me to sign and file. They charge for electonic copies. And they are just plain rude. Plus my husbands business is a small 100% disabled veteran business and this firm was recommended to us. This is no way to treat your veterans. Please do better."
