"I appointed David York Tax Services to set up an LLC for me. I explained my desire to find a local CPA who could work with me long term and assist me with end-to-end set up of my new business. My initial 'discovery' call with David himself went well. However, after that initial touchpoint, I no longer had access to him and was dealing with one of his staff. She was less than inefficient, firstly setting the LLC incorrectly and then having ridiculously long time response times. (She took 6 weeks to respond to one of my emails!). I was left with an LLC in limbo, half set up and a far cry from the end-to end service I was sold and needed. The worst spent $1500 ever. If you require professional, timely and efficient advise on running your business, I'd urge you to look elsewhere."

Before I went in, I had a few quick questions for him to make sure I was going to the right person and he put my mind at ease before I had even made an appointment which I really appreciated. I went in and thought his services were not only quick and friendly, but more importantly accurate and reliable. I was happy to work with him and even after I was done he gave me a few suggestions regarding my family's finances which indicated to me that he was genuinely trying to help me out. You don't see that often! I will definitely have him prepare my taxes next year and would recommend him to friends."

"Excellent customer service. I found David about 4 years ago after frustrations with another local tax service not being able to figure out ESPP and RSU company tax plans. He answered my call personally on a weekend and did our taxes that year despite being very late in the game (about a week before the due date). We've been using him ever since and got our taxes done in person this year- great to work with, efficient, and as I witnessed first hand- has to deal with very difficult and stressed out customers.
