He doubled checked things and did everything he could to get us the most that he could. He had us out of there in a reasonable amount of time and i most definitely will recommend him to others and will be coming back just to see Joe. "If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star. When I made my appointment last year it was to be with a woman named Melissa. I went in on my scheduled day and because of my last name, being of Hispanic they changed me to a woman named Lupe. Now I did feel a little discriminated against because they specifically said “oh, we think Lupe will be a better match for you”.When she walked up to me she made the assumption I spoke Spanish and immediately spoke in Spanish. Now I’m a firm believer in not labeling anyone because of their race, sex, age or anything else and get very upset when people make assumptions of me because of my race or last name and that was the second thing that set me off. When we sat down to file my taxes she misspelled two simple words. I believe they were “here and support” I sat there and waited to see if she would correct them as we went over it and she didn’t, I had to point out the misspelled words. It was frustrating nonetheless, then after all that she was entering her friend’s name as someone who referred her to me so they could make the 20$ extra. I couldn’t believe it, I was very disappointed with their services. They charged way too much on top of all that! They tried emailing me to resolve the problem last year and I called them and left a voicemail as well as email, I got no response. I went to The Tax and Accounting Group in Oceanside off Mission ave and they were great! They made small talk and got me the most I’ve had in a long time! Price was fair and I will be going back to them from here on out! Some advice to all who read these, don’t waste your time or money here."
