"This place is the worst experience I have ever had with h and r block. I have several friends who would have done my taxes for free. My taxes are very simple short form. However h and r block charged me 240.00 to do them. The only reason I went with them was because I wanted my money back same day or next day. The "so called" "tax pro" who did my taxes handed me a green emerald card as soon as she finished my taxes and said your money will be on there in about an hour. I waited and kept calling and it was still "0" balance. When I called the company listed on the card they told me I wouldn't be getting the rapid refund because I didn't qualify for it.They said your federal refund has to be 1000 dollars in order to qualify.I spoke with trish Cox who said she would haveld have general manager call me. I'm still waiting and that was over a week ago."
