"I tried calling their office on the days I needed to make an appointment in order to file my taxes, but so far, I haven't received any response from then through the phone. Usually, their office is closed, what is going on? I have been going to them for at least 5 years, but now I feel like they aren't there. Not even to remind you of an upcoming appointment."
