H&R Block

"Came in here to file electronically on Feb 3 2023 and have yet to receive my tax return or an update. Called the IRS and had issues confirming my address and could not assist me initially. The HR and block team listed my fathers address that we have not lived at in over 3 years, and is not on any 2023 tax or identification documentation. On top of this, there is error on the return that we filed with HR block and this can take an additional 10 weeks of time to be processed. We have vacation in April and where expecting several thousand dollars to put towards this and bills. Vacation cancelled, thank you H&R block."
