"Had wonderful help from Leticia, no complaints there. However, I connected to the open wifi to be able to check a form, the phone signal was terrible, and the next day my work account was hacked. I almost had my entire check stolen from me. I understand it is partially my own fault because I clicked on their agreement, but I would hope they would invest in a more secure connection for this next tax season."
