"The owner made me feel weird. Complained that my taxes was too much work for him. Rather him charge more than hear the whining. Been coming for years but this time he was a complete different person. I don't get it...he could of told me that he was too busy to do my taxes. Instead he accepted and continued to make weird comments. I'm dumb too, I should of withdrawn myself from the situation as soon as I noticed the red flags."

"Been going for years and the owner was always nice but this time he seemed like he didn't like us. My husband and I do food/rideshare apps like doordash,Uber,and Lyft. We both had to file for all 3 companies. Because of this he was extremely unhappy, acted offended and said this was alot of work. Im sorry Neilson that it was difficult but where else do I go? He could of respectfully said I cant do it but instead accepted the job and complained about it the whole time making us feel weird. Acting as if he did us a favor. I rather him charge us more than hear a grown man complain and say doing my taxes was not worth it for him. I was so disappointed. Sucks that he didnt treat us with respect. Even when he was treating us like a jerk we were still nice to him and kept quiet. It's time for us to look somewhere else. Last time going there."

"Had been going to Tax Express for 7+ years and recommending this place to friends and family until today. Went in for an estimate on our tax return, we told her we had gone somewhere else and we weren't ready to do the taxes right then and there. Doris went off telling us what waste of her and her son's time we had been and how she felt insulted. We left after she repeatedly told us we made her loose time and money (although we were the only customers there) After we had been long time customers this was a HUGE disappointment. That is just not how you treat customers even after a long day. NEVER coming here again, they lost my business."
