"Really disappointed with my last experience here. Donna was so unprofessional she didn’t take the time to go over my taxes with me, and this is now the 2nd year she has jacked up my taxes. Last year she over estimated what I owed by $1000!!!! This year she didn’t take the time to go over my taxes, I drop off my paper work then I go home and look over it (didn’t do it at the office because she was in her office and wouldn’t take the time out to speak with me) I called her right back, like literally within the hour telling her my numbers were off. She gives me this BS of, “oh I’ve already filed them and now you’ll have to do an amendment”. So unprofessional, literally just left and now you’re telling me too bad? Unacceptable, I also called her several times to explain this big packet full of papers and more checks she telling me to write, no returned calls and when I did speak to her day if she was extemely abrupt and very rude. Mind you I’ve already written several checks to the government. This is officially our last year, I highly do not recommend her services."
