"I’ve being doing my tax with H&R Block for many years. My original tax specialist is in LA so I decided to come here since it’s close to us. It took her 3 hours to complete my tax return, she seems like she has no experience at all!!!! Charged $795 for personal tax . Don’t waste your time here!!!! Never coming back here!!!"

"Completely unprofessional. I am an independent contractor which means I have a 1099, I run my own business and do not receive any 1099 form. So I showed up 4/8 @ 11:30 for my appointment the woman “Tisa” who was suppose to do my taxes was “running behind” and kicked me off her schedule! They placed me on Hai’s book instead and what a nightmare it has been. He completely does not know what he is doing and instead of telling me the status of my taxes. They let me wait until the 15th day they are due and don’t even call me, I have to call them! They tell me they “sent me an email” that’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. This place is filled with inexperienced accountants. The guy on the phone with me threatens me that if I want my taxes done I need to work with them. I’m sorry, work with you how? I literally did all the work for them, itemized all expenses, income, tips, everything and you guys can’t figure it out? What a nightmare this place is. Do not use them!!!"

"My experience in store was fantastic and simply loved the tax professional I worked with. Lana is a absolute rockstar and I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and caring person to work with And is the sole reason I’ll be returning next year. Janice at the front desk was also lovely and so clearly professional. The “upfront” pricing was however very deceiving. The sheet given gives you these numbers at the top that make it seem linear, when in fact are just base figures for everything else they add on top. I want to be perfectly clear. This store is incredible! And everyone who works there is super super amazing, and if you need your taxes done go to them! It’s the company at its core that I have a problem with. From all the extra fees to the reason I went there which was to get paid out upfront( which didn’t work because of a unknown reason that wasn’t my tax professionals fault) it was just not what I expected. But because of how amazing my experience with Lana was, I will be back."
