"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I asked Tiffany if I would be approved for the tax refund advance. I told her the only reason why I was doing it with them is because she acknowledged that I would get my refund within 20 minutes to a day. So I agreed. Even though all I had was 1x w2 form for her, She charged me $320!!!!!!! Outrageous!!! But I was in a predicament that I was willing to be charged an outrageous fee for an instant refund advance. If I wasn’t I would have done the $25 service Turbo Tax, or Cashapp offers or any other name brand tax service company in that matter. She literally finished it in less than 15 minutes… And then ontop of that right when I step into the parking lot, I get an email telling me that I am not approved for the tax refund advance. I called back upset explaining that and she said that she's sorry and there's nothing she can do about it... STAY AWAY"

"A horrific experience. The preparer (Christine) literally didn't even spell my name on the return correctly, among a half dozen other obvious mistakes (wrong address, forgot the estimated tax payments...), and the IRS flagged it is possibly fraudulent. It took me months of hassling with the IRS on the phone to get it unfrozen. The Jackson Hewitt office basically told me I was on my own. Frankly, they seemed pretty annoyed that I kept pestering them to fix their mistakes, which they flatly refused to do. Their "guarantees" are worthless. They will not back them up. Their prices are ridiculous too."
