"DO NOT COME HERE, read all the bad reviews and they are all true. They say they will help with your debt but they do not do ANYTHING. All they do is take and take and take your money but they don’t resolve anything on their end. They pass your case to all these other employees and they never answer or call you back. We as well called the IRS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. I guess we will use the rest of the money to sue this fake business they have going on."

"I hired Ideal Tax to help with my taxes. I'm sorry to say they were actually NO help at all. I started out owing around 25,000 and by time they were done it was up to a whopping 98,000!! It took them over 4 years to close my case with zero assistance. I was told that they had cancelled the tax bill that never happened then I was told they cancelled the interest and penalties that never happened. I ended up calling the IRS myself and resolving my tax issue. Be where I would not use them in my opinion!!!! Peggy Dawson"
