"I had a virtual appointment on 1/15 @ 2pm. Sean assured me i was all set and stated I'd be receiving my final draft of taxes via email or HR&R block app. He NEVER got back to me. I had to call him to go in person on 1/19. He mentioned he was working on two escrows. It shouldn't matter who can make him more money. If i had an appointment it should of been completed. His service disappointed me this year. Definitely will not return.."
