"Service is average. HORRIBLE wait time though, and they NEVER honor appointments. If you make an appointment here, expect to wait an extra 2 hours before actually meeting and doing your taxes. They let people ahead of you even if you had an appointment and they didn't, so best chance is to just come early and bare waiting in line. Forget about making an appointment here to save time. I used this place this year and last year, and it was the same story both times."
