"Did my taxes in Jan it is middle of March and no refund . They are expensive and don't offer any discounts. They took my money and said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. That's what they sold me that's not what they are providing me."

"Do not go here. They are not knowledgeable, make mistakes, and will not follow up or clean up any issues with your filing after you pay. Due to change in circumstance, I needed professional help to amend my 2021 returns. I visited the branch in Sept 2022 and had my amended returns done by them then. I had explained my situation, was told I should not need to pay penalty & interest, and was given a quote. When my amended returns were done days later, I was charged a higher rate than initially quote. At time of filing, the tax professional that helped me told me to pay more than I needed to pay to IRS. She told me to include the prior refund I received from my initially filing IN ADDITION to the amended taxes owed to IRS when that prior refund amount was already included in the calculation of amended returns. Thankfully I double checked before paying and ensured that I paid the correct amount to the IRS. If I didn’t bother looking at the documents, I would have been out of pocket thousands of dollars until IRS refunds me again (if they catch it when accept my filing). After filing and after paying, I noticed there were penalties and interests calculated in the return when I was told it would be happen. After emailing and calling multiple times, I was told it was too late to do anything and I would have to wait for IRS to accept my amended returns before making any additional changes. A couple of months later, I received a notice from IRS, quoting additional interests owed. After repeated emailing and calling, someone in the office told me that they’d contact the IRS on my behalf and ask if the amount was truly due or if it could be waived. I received no follow up after that and by Jan 2023, I was fed up and decided to send my 2021 docs to a different tax professional with a different company for another look. As expected, since my amended returns have been accepted and filed, it was best that I left it alone, pay the additional amount owed and move on, to avoid additional issues and costs associated with another amendment. I wish I never used them."
