"The WORST Service EVER.... Customer Services those young despots, rude, without knowledge and lack of customer service skills. During Tax Season they took my case and they told me very sure of them that they would prepare it as they were given an example of prior taxes and at the time of delivering it, it was half way done, poorly done and there were missing some tax forms. As a result I've got received a fine from irs and when I complained about it to Garibays They never recognized their mistakes and the typical stupid action was that they became angry after their poorly done work. Not even to say sorry. I Would Never - Ever recommend someone."

"My first experience with Garibay Tax Services was exceptional. I learned about this location from a family member and called to make an appointment. However, since it was close to tax day, they recommended that I walk in. I arrived 30 minutes before opening and a line of 10 people quickly formed. To my surprise, they had a convenient QR code by the window where I could input my name and number and be added to a virtual waiting list. This allowed me to leave and come back when it was my turn. After a 35-minute wait, the front desk worker called my name and had me fill out a form with all the necessary tax details and forms. Hector provided excellent assistance with completing my taxes. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Garibay Tax Services."
