Got tired of waiting (2 weeks) for any answers. Went to Redeemed Tax Services instead to have my taxes done, they had my taxes ready in less than 1 hour. H&R Block you lost me as a customer."

"It seems they only do online appointments or over the phone calls. They have longer hours as a result which is great. I had an appointment set. I had to upload all my documents before the meeting, which I did. I was suggested to log in 10 min prior to the call. I did so and waited until 10 min after the set time (20 min total). No one showed up, nor did I get a call, email, text or any notification that the person I was scheduled to meet with would not show up or be late. I don’t know if the person I was supposed to meet with is in Brea, but I would not recommend this place for lack of professionalism. If they can’t trust them to meet at an agreed time, how can I trust they are not missing details on my return."

"I felt like the one that prepared my taxes was more concerned abt telling me jokes. I understand he just puts in the numbers but I wasnt offered a payment option. He only went over what I had 2 pay. It would have been nice to have been offered options, he just kept it moving. Learning you have to pay a large amount really sucks!!!"
