"Make sure to be extremely clear on what you’re looking for in the introductory call and schedule a meeting with the actual CPA before agreeing to pay anything. I told them I specifically needed help with a previous tax period and then planning for upcoming taxes. All I heard was “absolutely, yes we can def help with that.” And yet, come to find out, that wasn’t the case. I spoke to their business development individual and had a great call. What I received in “service” was quite the opposite. In fact I never received any kind of service since I was the one constantly following up, asking about next steps, process etc. Once I did finally get someone to respond to me, I was told my next available meeting with them was May 30 (today is May 4). And keep in mind I paid for a “1:1 service, unlimited communication with the CPA and team”. Literally by the second day I still had zero idea who my POC would be, who’s available etc etc. Very, very disappointed especially based on the amount they charge."
