"My friend and I came here around 12:16 and were told the taxes would take 30 min to complete. We expressed we wanted to drop off and pick up .It was guaranteed to be done in 30 min. We came back over 3 hours later only to find out the receptionist asked the guy to take a walk in and put my friends on hold. She said he was very busy and had alot of walk ins. I find it very unprofessional and inconsiderate that she asked the guy to put my friends taxes on hold for over 3 hours even though we came early. The receptionist expressed no remorse to the inconvenience and blamed others."

"It was super convenient to get my taxes done here. I had always wanted to try having my taxes done by a professional instead of using software and was glad I did! I even got more $ back. Sarah is very pleasant & professional and answered my questions patiently. She walked me through the process and made sure I would get my maximum return. Also, I noticed the receptionist offered to get me some more water as I was about to walk back to the front to get some more. I was very glad I tried getting my taxes done here!"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! First off, they don't tell you it's going to be 300.00 dollars for 25 mins of their time. Secondly, the ladies that helped me didn't want to be their. She was sick, rude, not informative. She flow though the whole process and I have no idea what 80% of what she was doing because she didn't explain a single thing. Third, I claimed my son. I was questioned more about my son like if she didn't believe me. But I claim head of house hold and wasn't asked a single question about it. By far, the worst experience I have ever had dealing with anything! Would never recommend this place to ANYONE! If you thought about going here please turn and run."
