"Been coming to this location in Whittier and now that I’m married my husband and I decided to joint taxes for 2021 we filed 1/31/21 and still haven’t received our taxes I’ve never had this problem we asked to direct deposit on our personal account but sent it to my emerald but still nothing anyone else having this problem"

"Hilda was the worst tax representative ever. I went with her last month, and it was the worst decision I ever made, she made multiple mistakes on my moms taxes never apologize. She even tried to blame my mom. She made mistakes on my taxes too because I never got the unemployment forgiveness thing, she said the Irs would take care of that, but it was a lie. I never got the stimulus check because she made mistakes on my taxes even though I qualify for it. It jus the worst experience ever. DONT GO HERE, they make mistakes and never want to fix them."
