"I paid with a credit card. They called me 3 times in 4 days saying payment didn't go through. I went down and paid in cash and then the processed my card payment. I still haven't been paid back or called back from management in over a month. They are thieves. Don't go there."

"This place overall customer service were not pleasant at all. Patel did my tax return, she has an attitude like, are you done with all your forms because I don’t have time to be going back and forth with you, very bad customer service. First you don’t rush people filling their tax return and second you need to be more organize with your work and stay on top of things. Especially when I left her a message at the office to get back to me or even reply back from her email, it were a big problem for her, since she kept saying to me that she were so busy with other, well I’m other that you didn’t finish file my tax yet. Ask for manager and the front desk Julian saying the manger is not here til 2 weeks from now, yea ok. Anyways I just never had a problem with HR all these years, just this location, but just wanted to express how I feel here, I am not happy how representative are treated me."
