"The lady in the front has no qualms calling customers names under her breath in Chinese, which is bad policy when your business serves a mostly Asian community. She screams at the clients over the phone and refuses to give them paperwork because she "...Doesn't want to..." and will even badmouth clients to other clients. I've seen her call clients crazy for asking her for financial advice. On the whole, because of this one lady, the entire environment has become toxic. I will not be coming back again."

"The Secretary seems to think that yelling at the customers for asking for help is a good way to do business. I've been in and out of the office several times for tax purposes and I've heard several times, the secretary outright tell people, "I won't give you the paperwork because I don't want to." Then after she hangs up on people she calls them crazy. I came here because my mother did, but this is the last year I'll file here. It's not good business practice to insult your customers."
