"Terrible customer service. Was recommended by a friend saying they was the best..that was a lie...Wish you could give them 1/2 a star...will never have my taxes done at this place again. I paid my amount in full that I owe to them to do my taxes. Every single year they email me saying the same thing. That I haven't paid the amount that was due. I show them proof and screenshots of our conversation that I had with the accountant. The accountant confirmed that I did paid it in full. Forward to this year 2022. They emailed me AGAIN saying the same thing. Mind you, I ONLY visited them once in 2019 and showed proof that I have paid the full amount that was owed. It makes me wonder that they are not organized in keeping your records on file and they just want your money. Once again I sent them proof from our conversation back in 2019. Please be aware of having your taxes done at this place. Always save your receipts even if 5 years has passed by, you never know when they will contact you saying you didn't pay the amount you owe. At least you have proof that you did."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They came highly recommended so when we showed up to our appointment and the office was locked and no one was there we figured it must be a mistake. The following year, we made a phone appointment due to covid and were blown off again. Then AGAIN. Then finally had our call with Mac and he told us everything was good and taken care of. Months go by and still no refund. I call the office and somehow they think my husband's name is something other than what it is, they tell me they never filed our taxes. WHAT? They just didn't bother to file them? Absolutely unacceptable. This place is the most unorganized, unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO TO THEM."
