"I've been a H&R BLOCK client for 45 years."
"This H&R showed very poor customer service. My appointment was for 2pm. I arrived a little, and my rep was open. She took a walk on 5 minutes before my appointment and I was in the office. Her excuse was she is fast. If she is fast should have taken me and get me out and see them afterwards. The manager came and said that I could wait because my appointment was at 2. I just believe very unprofessional. Also the lady front desk covered for her team, because when I asked if the couple had an appointment, her response was I plead the 5th. Again very bad customer service."
