"This company management is very deceiving and disloyal to their customers. Once your balance is paid in full they will stop contacting you and screen your calls.If you use this company you need to be within driving distance to get some results. I paid them to fix my state taxes that was a nightmare. They left me with a bill of $10,000 dollars after making arrangements.which I paid them $2,300 dollars to do nothing.On top of that I'm paying a bill of 200 dollars a month to the state now. They made no deductions at all. Every time I call them they were working on my case this been two yrs now. Watch out for Jonathan he's ways busy on the phone, Shane is a liar , Sylvia act as if she's helping work on your case and the Secretary she will screen all your calls. My advice stay away from this company at all cost. Because once they have received your money communication stops."
