"WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! LETICIA GONZALEZ IS A FRAUD! If I had a choice I would not even give Leticia Gonzalez one star!!! Ok where do I begin.... last year in 2018 I had came to her office where I had brought 3 yrs. worth of taxes... at first she seem friendly but then she talking about how people are saying that she has been taking everyone's money and not doing their taxes... I laughed a little thinking it was a joke that people are saying these things about her.... so I still go ahead with a taxes with her..... I paid her $2800 to do my taxes by the way....so now I am waiting for my return from the IRS... NOTHING!!! THEY TOLD ME SHE NEVER FILED !!! And its had already been 6 months of me waiting for a return.... here is the really sad part... since April 14, 2018 I have been waiting for my return that I still haven't got... I have called Letty several times I have even made appointments with her and she never shows up. At one point she sends her husband to pick up paperwork and I saw her HIDING IN ANOTHER STORE not wanting to see nor speak to me.... point of this is She is a FRAUD I will never go back and at this point I am suing Leticia Gonzalez Please READ MY WARNING DO NOT GO TO LATICIA GONZALEZ. So is fraud! I wish I would have listen to what she had said that people are saying she is taking money from them and not doing their taxes because its happening to ME. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO BUY A HOUSE CAUSE SHE TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER FILED!!!! AND ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW!!!"
