"Not recommended. We used them for a 1031 exchange. Their price was reasonable except they tried to charge us twice. They were very personable and happy to answer all our questions before they got our money, but afterwards they make it clear they no longer wanted anything to do with us. Ultimately, they got the paperwork right, but it's just not worth it to deal with a$$holes."

"This is the absolute WORST 1031 exchange company that I have ever worked with in my entire life! The personification of RUDE!!!! Horrible customer service, no follow-up whatsoever, and a huge sense of entitlement. I have NEVER dealt with anyone as unprofessional and ignorant as John Lastelic. I explained to him how I felt about his service and the way the transaction was being handled, his exact words to me were....."I know I should care, BUT I DON'T". Who would even say those words to anyone? As a Real Estate Broker, WE CHOOSE who we want to send our business to. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIFIC! DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT! He now has failed to release the buyer's EMD and we are at risk of the Listing Agent canceling the escrow. He even asked to be removed from the email threads? They are not responsive to emails or correspondences. They are completely disorganized and have absolutely NO INTEREST in the client at all! Just horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!! 1 star is too much for them!"
