"Bad customer service. They did my taxes and put in the wrong account number. I called to get it fixed and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They told me I need to fix the error myself. The employee Winny ( had an attitude)then connects me with her manager Celeste via email and basically blames me because according to the policy they don’t work on taxes without the screen facing the client working . I told her that day the screen wasn’t working and to check the cameras I have not got a response back its been two weeks. I just hate that you pay a premium for their services just to not get help when is needed ."

"So I walk in expecting to do my taxes and the female assisting me refuses to do my taxes because I didn't bring in one certain document ...I never had this issue at other h&R block locations very rude and unprofessional .... Telling certain tax document numbers like if I was supposed to know what they ment and when I asked what they ment that person was very hesitant to tell me what they ment .. very very unprofessional"
