After having filed my taxes with a private company for 13 years , I am so incredibly pleased with the work here at H&R Block! I never thought I would say that about filing taxes! "Worst experience and will never use H&R block again. I needed an amended tax return completed and Cecilia was completely incapable of completing this basic task. In fact, she stated that the error on my previous return was actually not an error and that I owed thousands of dollars, which is not the case (as confirmed with the state). She was inept and incapable- instead of admitting that she was not experienced enough with the matter, she decided to give up and not even talk to me directly to let me know!. Deplorable behavior that should be addressed. These people are not trained in preparing taxes and should not be trusted at any cost!"
