The tax adviser left me in the dark without responses to my emails, many many phone calls, and messages. Weeks passed by, I became very frustrated and asked to speak to the office manager and even he didn’t get back to me! Every time I’d call and ask for Yeh, she was never in or was with a client. I provided all documents she asked for in a timely manner. I was always polite and professional. I don’t understand why no one ever returned a phone call back and say upfront they didn’t want to file my taxes and why! Unprofessionalism at its finest."
