Taxes Done Eze,

"My husband was referred by a chruch friend and spoke highly about Eze tax service my husband was in contact with Eze and let him know we were coming today after noon to see him. We arrived at the establishment around 1:20pm and were told that we can wait for them to get back from lunch we understood and waited front of the line. 2:15 hit and A RUDE RECEPTIONIST WITH STRAW LOOKING HAIR DIDNT SAY HER NAME LETS CALL HER scarecrow she started to ask who had an appointment started to clear out the line. When she finally asked us who we are here to see we said Eze she said ok and gave us paperwork we waitd about 45 more mins and she came back to ask us who are we here to see again. And again we said Eze and she asked if we are New we said YES THERE SHE TELL US WITH AN ADDITUDE he doesn't see new people. My husband told her that Eze knew we were coming for her to go and tell about 15 more mins pass and she tells us he is with a client and can't intrupt. Mind you still being the rudess ever. We continued to wait in line outside and I just told my husband lets just go if the RECEPTIONIST is this Rude how else is the staff. I went back in to get my paper work she gives me my husband and SOMEONE ELSE'S with all there private information. That person was in line because my husband said their name he said thats mine I told him im so sorry but she just gave me all your info. I REALLY HOPE THEY TALK TO SCARECROW SHE IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE IM SURPRISE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HER. We took our business somewhere else."

"Looks like my post was erased but I went earlier today and there computer crashed which that I understand but what I don't understand is why do they have a rude receptionist who can't handle pressure, my wife and I and mom were going for our 11am appointment when we saw a line and my wife approached the receptionist to ask her if she needed to go in that line or just go in and talked to my as if she was a toddler and said I don't answer any questions unless your in line. Very rude and no people skills at all and after there system crashed she just said don't know if it's coming back today so if you like take this paper and fill it out . Didn't even bother to say sorry for the inconvenience those of you with appointments let me reach out to your later to reschedule...nope just said come back if you want. But I did hear the guys that actually do the taxes are good sadly I just won't be back to see because of that horrible receptionist attitude and service."
