"I walk in with a picture of the trailer jack stand. He knew exactly what it was that he had to order it and could get it there in a day or two and I came back and it wasn't there yet, but I came back and he had two he let me pick from top crank or side crank it was up to me. I would trust him with any kind of trailer from boat to heavy dumpster to the camper trailer. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge."

"Have went to Marvs for years and I guess perhaps they are too busy and the person that answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional. I had air bags put on my truck a while back there and the guy wanted to argue with me about whether they did it... Ummmm how did I get the number and why would you argue about work you did to a return customer? Makes no sense. Perhaps they are just too busy, go else where."

"Dont waste your time here. He's "too busy" to even take 3 minutes to look/estimate a semi easy trailer repair. Wanted me to make an appointment to get an estimate but... couldn't tell me when to come back."

"My used boat trailer had a few problems from the start. I resolved many of the issues myself over time to keep her safely running. However, when it came time to overhaul the brakes I was recommended to Marv's trailer by a local boat shop. I had them replace the rotors/calipers/pads to current specs, install new wheel bearings all around, and bleed the system. They even swapped out some additional parts they found worn/defective and hard wired the plug to fit my truck without having to use an adapter at no cost. All of this work was completed for less than I personally estimated. I'd also add that they were friendly and helpful with my questions. The trailer's been working as designed perfectly. I'd recommend Marv's trailer to anyone - hence this review. :-) Just be patient and able to accept or tolerate delays without becoming annoyed or anxious, especially if they're busy."

"I always would buy my trailering needs here in the past, but recently I brought a German SUV by to have a trailer brake put installed but was turned away because it was to "High Tech", so I installed it myself in about 45 minutes with info off the net. The vehicle had all the existing wiring on board which made it easy. So if you have an Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, etc find another shop..."
