"Bob (Owner & Installer) from beginning to the end was professional and accommodating. He was genuinely worried my home was going to be too hot Summer 2022 and would have installed sooner if needed. Since mine was limping along waiting 2 more weeks was no big deal. The fact he considered coming SOONER than later was a gesture unasked for. The install was 2 days when he said MAYBE 3. I couldn't event tell he was in the home. He actually cleaned up the attic space from the original installers and their trash. Approx 2 - 3 weeks later he called to check on the install to make sure everything was as expected. It was and still is. Glad we had Bob and HCS (Home Comfort Solutions) install our AC!"
