"I was hoping to get the same fantastic service that I received from Dean on an emergency call within the last year for an install of a pressure valve as well as an expansion tank on my water heater. Today's request was to have some piping resoldered and then finish installing cartridge fixture behind my fiberglass tub enclosure. The demeanor of the employee that came out was the complete polar opposite of the service I thought I would be getting. There was absolutely no effort at writing an estimate or providing an accurate price or even doing any type of work requested this morning from the office. I'm from out of town and I was hoping to fly out tonight those plans will now have to be canceled and I will need to find a reliable and consistent plumbing company to help complete a relatively simple task that's actually willing to work. I've used a handyman for similar job and that took less than 3 hours. This plumber said it would be thousands of dollars and many hours of effort."
