"After a snafu with our 2021 taxes we had to go in and figure out what went wrong. The person we had to deal with was rude and when our taxes were re-submitted they screwed them up again. Lucky they had to pay. Then they discovered that they still had some of our original tax documents and I received a email stating if we didn't pick up our documents they would shred them. During this time we were moving and there was no understanding from them AT ALL. I will never recommend them and will never use them again! They take 1 course on taxes and then complete your taxes. Our taxes are not complicated. You can count on me using turbo tax and saving the $600.00 fee for doing what I can do myself!!! Worst tax place in Lompoc!!"

"I simply wanted an appointment to explain the file that a "tax pro" they have did for me and the first appointment time changed automatically without my discretion. The next time I called and the tax pro didn't even show up to the video call appointment. The third time I called the tax pro said he wasn't prepared and said he would call me back when he got all my documentation and figured everything out, which is fine I guess, the thing is he never called me back. I then called, again, to let them know I haven't received a call back and a lady told me she would let him know to give me and call and still nothing, not even a courtesy call explaining that he is still working on it or letting me know a estimated time he would call me but no, nothing. Don't file with them."

"If I could zero I would. Last year the girl didn't know what she was doing. Today I went on jan 31 2023. My appointment was at 6pm. She was no help at all and because i started my taxes i didn't know you had to call a number to reset the online service. I asked if I can do it real quick and if she had any time or appointments she said she had appointments but after i was leaving another worker asked if she had a 630 appointment she said no she was free. She was a older lady with short curly hair. i ended up Doing my taxes myself. Do not recommend going to this office. Go somewhere else."

"Had an appointment with Lillian Barrera in the Lompoc location, seemed like a nice lady but turned out to be very rude and not helpful. Worst service and attitude. Won’t ever go back. Please hire people who are wanting to work with a good attitude and who are actually trying to help understand."

"I walked in with no appointment and only waited 5 minutes to be invited back. I told Teri my concerns and she got to work on plugging in my information. She was really fast and I'm getting a refund!!! I really appreciate her expertise and knew I was in good hands. I am very happy with her and will be back again next year."
