"Wow should of looked at the reviews before I hired them. All the same issues but mine gets better!! They installed a old 2019 water heater and said it was new. So sad that people are so shady. No wonder why they didn't want to come back and repair my tank when I had issue's with it same day they installed it. God will deal with people like you!"

"Beyond horrible. We have a slab leak outside our garage, filed a claim with our home warranty, they send out "integrity" plumbing, the guy was nice but then could only give a repair date a week out...his wife tells us that "he doesnt work in mud" LOL (because it rained 1 day here in so cal are you serious?). So we say fine we will deal with our water shut off just so the job gets done. Here it is the date it was supposed to be here, no show. The wife/scheduler doesnt bother to call us, nothing.after multiple calls to them it is established they cant come today. And closed for the holidays. They have zero integrity. You should know when a company has a name like that it's a joke. They are rude and unprofessional. No rush to get our issue resolved, no sympathy whatsoever. Clearly lied to the warranty company saying they could complete the rush job and they couldnt. Dishonest. And right before thanksgiving. You should be ashamed of yourself. We will find another plumber. One that HAS INTEGRITY"
