"*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* This is some sub-contractor for American Home Shield. Guy shows up, spends 10 minutes to diagnose the problem(s), says that AHS won't cover most of it because they don't "have a history". How exactly are they supposed to have a history on a new warranty contract that came with the purchase of a new home? Of course, as others have said - once they get out to look the first time, they never answer the call or do any sort of follow up. And, as you can guess, they were ~3 hours later than the end of their promised time window. Anyway - they never answer the phone, and took them ELEVEN DAYS to cancel the claim because (and I kid you not), they "do not have a technician small enough to fit in my attic". 1 - I am significantly larger than either of the guys the sent, and I can get up there no problem. 2 - Two guys were up there looking at the issue, taking pictures. 3 - I have THREE guys up there right now through a different company ripping out the problem and fixing it. 4 - What the hell? These guys show up in a unmarked single cab ranger, with everything just thrown in the back haphazardly. It's just some sort of quick buck scheme. AVOID"

"Took my money, told me to change my filters...didn't fix the problem, now they keep telling me to call back "later" to schedule a new apt. Been 3 weeks w no AC, had to send the 8 yr old to stay somewhere else because it's too hot here."

"The worst company I have ever interacted with. Avoid them at all costs. They never return calls, they don't initiate calls when directed to by a home warrantee company, and I wonder whether they are a "fly by night" company."
