"I would highly recommend Kings Cycle. Russ took care of me from the first time I called. Prices were very reasonable and the work was impressive. I had a whole can of problems and Russ got them sorted out on my Dyna in a timely fashion and did a bunch of extra little things That he noticed at no extra charge . Will be coming back for sure . Thanks again Kings."
"Excellent mechanics here. Work needed is explained, with price quote; reasonable rates! Job time frame given, and work is completed within that time frame. Russ listens to his customer, and checks out any concerns, they may have, and will inform customer of any work that is needed now, or can wait till another time.."
"I recently used Kings Cycle for a motorcycle engine rebuild and it did not go as I had expected. I spent $2,800 in total for what have been a straightforward rebuild. They tried 3 different times to do what should have been done right the first time and now I am out $2,800 and having to pay someone else to do the job correctly. I drove down to their shop from Las Vegas to check on the status and see for myself the 3rd time they were rebuilding the engine. I noticed they put one of the main studs in upside down right in front of me. I should have said something then, but I was still treating them like professionals because I felt intimidated that they knew better than I did. I found someone in Las Vegas now to help me do the engine rebuild correctly and they are discovering mismatched gaskets, old lifters, old valve guides, mismatched valve spring retainers; ultimately there were parts that should have been replaced with an engine rebuild that clearly did not get replaced. The rocker boxes covered in silicone and leaking everywhere, and this is all right after a Kings Cycle "rebuild". This motor is now rat's nest of problems, but from what Mike at Kings Cycle says somehow this is all my fault. I drove to their shop to pick this motor up 3 times. They tore the motor apart 3 times, and I couldn't get them to finish the job correctly. You can look at the pictures yourself and judge. They are 100% proud to hand me back a motor I have rebuild again and keep my money. I was told I could get a full refund if I return the parts. I agreed and asked for the parts list and the receipts, to show that new parts went in, and still haven't provided me with that information. When I questioned anything about the motor, Mike at King's Cycle immediately called me on the phone to curse me out and even going so far as to use homophobic slurs to insult me, a customer. I was shocked and have never experienced being treated like this from a business."
"Best service around by far. Communicated every step of the work they were doing, and exceeded my expectations. No bs here. You can tell they care more about your bike than what’s in your pocket. Will definitely be coming back for my factory services!"
"So very disappointed with the service. Poor attitude and Very poor workmanship. Shame I had to pay you to find out. Examples include, my parts in the trash, Things not finished, Or even tried to fix. Dash lites, couldn't be bothered to replace..to much time, A time vampire, Left parts off, Never even tried to replace things. Just left my bike HALF ASSED. THEN DEMANDED CASH. Didn't even take the time to replace the rubber seal. Just to name a few things...to clear up your confusion.... Where's the rubber collar for the New Speedometer? GODDAMN thing was rattling..couldn't believe that this is your work.. Cross threaded my New Speedo. Have to fix my wiring... Missing cap nuts. Missing clamps for cables.. . Poor attitude. But ya DAMN SURE TOOK THE MONEY! Oh! And your $150. "lunch money" Call me anytime..be glad to add to this rant."
