"I have shopped at all the Bookoff locations in Southern California, and was super excited about this location opening closer to my home. However, my experience with the manager (I think) at this location is not stellar. I had bought a book the day before (one of 20) at their Garden Grove location. At home I discover (should have inspected better before I bought) that the back cover was damaged. Ok, I'll just exchange it in Riverside. Come to find out, you can only return items to the store you bought it at. That is a horrible corporate policy. But the attitude of the manager was the worse. Just rude. So, if you have an issue, don't expect friendly service. For a $2.50 exchange they could have handled it much better. Instead they just created a bad experience for their customers."

"Great location with a wide array of books, movies, systems, and CDs. A few collectibles can be found here as well. Rows upon rows of used books - some have been through the wringer and others are essentially brand new. Many of which are around $5 to $10, so it's significantly cheaper than other places."

"I've only been to their location in Costa Mesa, and this one was great! They have a pretty good selection of books and movies, and there were plenty of games as well from the looks of it. Came in on a Sunday morning, and there was plenty of parking and the store itself wasn't crowded. Will have to come back again."

"This store is fantastic! It has a LOTS of stuff that you might be interested in! There's anime, figurines, games, game systems, books, CDs and so much more! We gave this store a try by having my brother sell DVDS and the result was thirty-six dollars for 85 DVDS (about forty-five cents each) and my brother was expecting more so he won't be selling it. Thanks anyways."
