"Went here because they indicated they carried Rose Bowl parade merchandise. Poor selection, and their internet was not working. Woman was rude when I asked about other shops, and said the shops would be sold out or far away. In fact, a friendly and well stocked shop was across the street. I bought my merch at the other shop and was very happy with them. This first place was really terrible, and just not nice on top of everything else. Glad I found the other place!"

"I have found beautiful Jewelry here twice now -a gorgeous wedding band, more like an engagement ring with besutiful high quality diamonds and a beautiful setting. Wow these guys went above and beyond to give me a great price and my ring is beautiful still …two years later. I feel like my ring is better quality than rings ive gotten from high priced Tiffanys. The highest quality of jewelry and a big selection for women and men. This year i came back to look for a unique piece for my husband. I found an amazing bracelet so unique and different. I didnt want to go to yurman again too expensive and not unique. But here I lucked out and found a great piece. Amazing service definitely come here you wont be disappointed! By the way… The jewelry also given in a very expensive looking box, polished and just awesome!"

"This place is quite the gem. This was actually my first time purchasing from a pawn shop ever, but the moment I walked in I had the attention of the staff and very quickly found what I was looking for. They've got a wide range of instruments, jewelry, typewriters, and other pawned items. It's a shame that other reviews here have had disappointing experiences-- because for me, the customer service was warm and welcoming, and they were more than willing to give me a fair price for what I was purchasing. They were reasonable, and patient, and kind, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Very rude and terrible customer service. I called to ask if they would be interested in an extensive and large collection of tools that were left to me and as I was trying to provide an answer to the person on the phone - name may have been Timothy - he then rudely interrupted me and said, “Well, If you aren’t going to tell me the name of the tools, then you’ll have to bring them in because I can’t tell you if we would be interested in the items.” Mind you, I just told him that I was left with a 10x20 storage unit full of auto tools from my uncle who passed and there was no form of condolences or understanding of the large amount of items I had. I easily have 5k items in my inventory as I tried to explain. I also tried to explain to him that I already have the items photographed and inventoried, but he continued to interrupt me as I was on the phone. I then told him after his rude comment that I was initially calling to get an email to send the inventory to then so that they could tell me if it would be worth my time for me to drive to them. After I explained that, the representative just then quickly listed an email address, not even asking if I had something to write with or was ready to take the email. Rarely do I post reviews, but this one had me. I initially called to simply get info for something that maybe would have taken 30 seconds to a minute of interaction over the phone. Gee, I guess since I was the one trying to be efficient with my time and make the best use of it, I should have just not called this place. I found myself initially calling after dealing with items left behind from a loved one to being frustrated with having just been treated as I stated earlier. Simply put, the call lasted for maybe 2 minutes, the company rep did most of the talking (which was just interruption), I was disrespected, and treated as an idiot that was taking the “valued time” of this employee. Hm, you’d think that after I explained that most of the tools I have are new and still in the original boxes (unopened) that he would have listened."
