"I had the original work done 6 years ago. My HOA painted the Exterior and left paint splatter all over the wall and back patio. I contacted the Company, received a prompt response for power washing, polishing and adding sand where needed. The only reason for not receiving 5 Stars is that no extra sand was left. Hurricane Hilary and Santa Ana winds will leave some deficits in the "grout filler" . When I contacted them about this there was an extra charge and required I come get it"
