"Staff could not tell prices upfront, until garments are completed. I asked, as for it ahead of time in person with clothing on the counter with no one else in line and they refused to tell me the complete price. They said they could call me but never did. I asked for owners phone number as they gave it to me saying this is the owner, it wasn't the owners number it was the counter clerk. One of the staff told me they can charge any price they want because there isn't much competition in the area. The staff member also told me on the phone that other customers wanted to know the prices upfront, but knowing all this.. they still have not. Note to owner who is claimed to be out of town for a few weeks: Your business is inefficient, and will be passed up by a better business if you can't shape up your company. Poorly run businesses usually end up broke. Note to owner: You are losing customers."
